This could include supplier's turnkey, template dealer websites. Think about it... when doing a search do you want to see in the results 10 website links that all contain the same content? I certainly don't and it seems from the blog post neither does Google.
Spend the time to write your own unique, original content. Both your targeted audience and the search engines will be more satisfied and it will show up in the number of sales leads your website generates too.
